According to Business Insider, for the first time in 4 years, the share of funding going to women-only teams fell below 3%, to just 2.8%
Female only teams landed 5.6% of capital in priced seed rounds, falling for each subsequent round: to 3.6% at series A, 2.6% at series B, and 1.6% at series C. This downtrend speaks to a continued pipeline problem
According to Dealroom, Venture Capital in the US dropped in value by 40% in 2023 vs. 2022
